They lost two clients today and will probably lose more if he keeps that up. They were both beautifully done without the disrespect of the owner of Serenity. ![]() We went somewhere up the street, got in immediately with no appointment, and got our mani/pedi. I planned on staying but after continuous yelling, we decided to leave. He went on to yell at us in front of all the customers that I was wrong. I said, it’s me that getting the pedi and she should be having her mani with Jenn at the same time. He tells my daughter to sit for her pedi and for me to wait until 4:00. I asked again repeatedly to make sure that we were both to have our pedi/mani done at 3:00, and he rudely said yes. He had initially said 4:00, but then changed it to 3:00. After talking to the owner for 5 minutes on the phone, stating over and over that we needed two separate appointments, he said that we could come in at 3:00. I called a couple of days ago to schedule a pedicure for me (I didn’t request anyone in particular) and a gel manicure for my daughter (I asked for Jenn). After stopping in today, I will never go back. ![]() I have been going to Serenity for years and have always been happy with their pedicures and manicures, especially when I’ve had Jenn or Lily. ![]()
